Exquisite specialities can be tasted here: radicchio, asparagus, mushrooms
and peppers, served with the best local wines their names to three different
routes.
The local radicchio is used in 101 recipes. Radicchio looks more like a
flower than a vegetable and is prepared in many restaurant of the area like the
restaurant "La Corte" of the Relais & Chateauz Villa Abbazia,
property of the family Zanon too, which offers a refined cuisine served in
elegant yet surroundings.
Inspired by the centuries old tradition of the Veneto kitchen, the varied and
personal menu features the best recipes of the Veneto tradition: from the
exquisite radicchio risotto, to white asparagus tagliatelle, to infinite dishes
of local forest mushrooms.
