Open All Year... Gimo Herrgard Hotel was the first manor house built in the Gustavian style, designed by architect Jean Eric Rehn in the 1760s, a monument to the heyday of the Uppland ironworks. Gimo Herrgard was the first manor-house built in Sweden in the Gustavian style.
