It offers 405 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites that are fully

grounds and many guest rooms offer an unmatched view of the stunning St.
Lawrence River. A special indulgence, it has 21 Fairmont Gold Rooms
to provide a level of luxury and special attention found only at a few select

The Hotel offers three categories of regular guest accommodation as well as a
selection of Suites and Specialty Rooms.
Room Types:
Fairmont Room:
Located throughout the hotel, Fairmont rooms are ideal for
a couple or single traveler. These rooms are ideal to ensure comfort and luxury
during your stay.
Fairmont St-Laurent Room:
Located throughout the hotel, Fairmont St-Laurent rooms
are ideal for a couple or single traveler. These rooms afford increased views
when compared with Fairmont rooms.
Deluxe Room:
Fairmont Deluxe rooms are perfect for couples or single
travelers and are located throughout the hotel. These rooms afford increased space
when compared with Fairmont rooms.
Deluxe St-Laurent Room:
Located on almost every floor of the hotel, Deluxe St-Laurent rooms
are the largest of the regular guest accommodations. Based on an open-concept,
they feature a sitting area with coffee table and two chairs.
Some may have a Queen-size sofa bed.
One-Bedroom Suite:
One-Bedroom Suites consist of a large bedroom, adjoining to a parlor. The parlor
section has a marble bathroom and a Queen-size sofa bed.
Two-Bedroom Suite:
Two-Bedroom Suites feature two bedrooms divided by a parlor which has a
Queen-size sofa bed. Each section has a full marble bathroom.
Large One-Bedroom Suite:
Large One-Bedroom Suites have many of the same characteristics as the regular
One-Bedroom Suites, although they are more spacious and offer the best view of
the two.
La Seigneurie Suite:
Also called the Presidential Suite, La Seigneurie Suite offers the ultimate
experience at the hotel. Located on the second floor, this uniquely decorated
suite has one luxurious bedroom connected to a spacious living area that can
hold a reception of up to 12 people. The suite also features two marble
bathrooms, one which is oversized with whirlpool, shower and bidet.
