Fairmont Le Montreux Palace
is situated on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, overlooking
the Alps. Built in 1906, this Jewel of Belle-Époque

From the A9 motorway take the Montreux exit Follow signs City Centre /
Convention Centre of Montreux. Follow the road down to the lake and

- Head towards Lausanne on the A1 motorway.
- Take the Lausanne interchange to the A9 direction Simplon.
- Exit at Montreux, go down to the lake and turn left.

Jaan:
Fairmont Le Montreux Palace's
modern French cuisine restaurant JAAN opened in
July 2002. In 2004, JAAN has received its first
Michelin star. The restaurant is located on the upper-lobby level of
the hotel with a spectacular view over the French Alps and lake Geneva.
JAAN's cuisine is inspired by modern French cooking
enhanced by delicate and exotic flavors and scents from Asia. In Jaan,
the finest products from the Region's rivers, lake and land are used.
The menu card changes each season.The extensive wine list also offers
carefully chosen wines by the glass to complement each dish.
JAAN 's design is contemporary and minimalist. The
large windows of the restaurant have panoramic views over the new
gardens of Fairmont’s Le Montreux Palace as well as Lake Geneva and the
Alps of the " Haute Savoie ".
JAAN has a capacity of 60 seats and is open in the
evening from Tuesday through Saturday from 7 pm.

hotel directly.
La Brasserie du Palace:
Our gourmet brasserie, decorated in Belle Epoque style, offers a
typical cuisine of a Parisian brasserie. The bar offers a wide range of
different coffees during the day. In the evening the bar converts into
a wine bar, an ideal place to discover the wine specialties of the
region.
Hours Of Operation: Open from 9 am until midnight, hot dishes
served between 11.30 am until 11 pm
La Terrasse du Petit-Palais:
The Terrasse is a haven of peace with its unbelievable views over the
lake and the Alps. It is open for lunch and dinner in the summer,
between May and September. Discover this summer season our fresh salads
from our own bio gardens and grilled fish and meat dishes; ice-cream
and refreshments are served in the afternoon.
Hours Of Operation: Open from 11.30 pm, hot dishes
served from 11:30pm until 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm until 10 pm.
Harry's New York Bar:
This sophisticated cocktail bar is the meeting point for international
and local. A vast choice of cocktails are served and an à la carte menu
which features cuisine from around the world including an assortment of
home-made tapas, Thai-style chicken soup, grilled US rib-eye and
spaghetti arrabbiata...
all in an unforgettable environment with live music
every evening except on Sunday.
The bar, which is part of the group of the Harry's New York bars,
celebrated its 20th anniversary in November 2004 and all its fans were
present for this unique event!
Harry's New York is also a partner of the Montreux Jazz Festival where
its members can enjoy jam sessions until the early hours of the morning
during the festival.

Piano Bar Rose d'Or:
The piano bar La Rose d'Or is adjacent to the JAAN
restaurant and is an ideal place for an aperitif, a cocktail or even a
nightcap. It has a relaxing atmosphere, attractive surroundings and
features nightly entertainment with a live pianist every evening except
on Sunday.
Hours Of Operation: Open every evening from 5 pm to
2 am.
La Palmeraie:
The restaurant, where you can enjoy your breakfast, offers the perfect
setting to start your day; light and airy with magnificent views on the
region.
