The Hotel is known for its good food. The Hotel's Restaurant is widely appreciated for
its fine cuisine. As a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, Hotel offers an exciting and varied
menu with many local delicacies and a wide-ranging wine list. The a la Carte menu includes
dishes based on reindeer, ptarmigan, fish from mountain rivers, mushrooms and berries.
