Methonis castle is one of the most beautiful and largest castles in the Mediterranean, built over ancient walls. This imposingly castle was built in the 13th AC by the Venetians. During the ages it was concurred by many nations as the Francs, Venetians and Othomans because of its strategic place in the naval roads between East and West.
