History

The Kapodistrian Traditional Hotel is an old house of the 19th century which was renovated and transformed into a comfortable and luxurious Hotel due to the precious help of the Nelli Pantazopoulou who tried to maintain its old face and shape.

Location

The Kapodistrian Traditional Hotel is located in the mainland of  Nafplio which is one of the most ancient and historic places of Greece. Nafplio is situated only 140km from the city of Athens and was built exactly below the fortress of Palamidi and Akronafplia, near the most famous and important archaeological sites of Greece; Mycenae, Argos, Tirins, Epidavros and Olympia. The Kapodistrian Traditional Hotel is only 50m away from the place that I. Kapodistrias, first Greek governor, was murdered.
