Epavlis Athina
By the architect Professor Aristomenis Varoudakis needed for the creation of these unique villas with the modern architectural elements, but also evoke other nostalgic times. Entering the main entrance, a single space stretching out before us, the north terrace, west porch, kitchen, dining room, lounge and patio, a small shower and a toilet. On the other floor dominates the patio with trees and plants and a small staircase leading to the pool. Left and right, bedrooms with furniture designed by architect Professor Aristomenis Varoudakis. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and has a king size bed and one twin to another. The garden plants are unique with the natural environment and wait for moments of relaxation.
Epavlis Eleni.
Entering the gate, having on the right hand our beautiful garden with aromatic plants and trees, second on the left hand side we find the villa Helen. Approaching the main entrance, a construction with glass and stainless steel grilles draws our attention, where the sunlight passes and creates a fantastic atmosphere in the bathroom located below. A spacious bathroom properly configured for two couples serves both bedrooms. Otherwise, the Epavlis Eleni is shaped like the Athena Epavlis. Both villas are around 110sqm each, built to accommodate 4 people and in consultation and agreement up to 6 people.
