The Chateau, perched on a rock from Perigord, dates from XIIIth and XVth
centuries. The "Orangerie" was built during the XVIIIth century. The
Cottage and the "Biscaye" room, close to the swimming pool, are there
to complement one another in order for you to enjoy staying in this hotel.
HistoryThe chateau de Castel Novel has travelled across the centuries since medieval

restaurant underlines the riches of the region, notably the truffle, foie gras,
poultry, veal from calves reared on the farm, and mushrooms.
In order to give these outstanding dishes their full flavour, Albert Parveaux
and his chef, Patrick Bouloton have updated traditional recipes, as well as
preparing some original dishes
