- Mirabell Restaurant: Savoury fine regional and international
cuisine at the Mirabell Restaurant while you enjoy a lovely view of the
world-famous Mirabell Gardens. The attentive Kitchen and service team will
pamper you with an attractive selection of culinary delicacies, awarded one
toque and a total of 14 points in the Gault Millau Guide- 2003
edition. Freshness and top quality are the prerequisites for the ingredients
used by the chef in preparing and presenting both creative and unique
dishes. The Hotel specialty: the Pen & Fork Cuisine for business guests,
an exclusive menu featuring fresh dishes according to season and a list of
fine Wines of the World, Chambrair for savoury cheeses and Boitair stocked
with exquisite cigars. The 120 seats in Salzburg's most beautiful open-air
Restaurant can be divided into smaller units depending on your requirements
and the number of guests. The intimate, glass-enclosed conservatory
accommodates up to 30 people. Every Sunday starting at 12 noon – the
Sheraton lunch buffet has become a highly popular classic event. Open daily
from 06:30- 10:30, 12:00- 02:00, 06:30 - 21:30.
- Bistro: The Bistro has plenty of surprises in store for you! It is
known how short and valuable your lunch break is. That's why your lunch is
served within 10 minutes and not a second longer from taking your
order. If it takes longer, your lunch is on the House. Let us surprise you
with our attractive lunch offer. Operating hours: Mondays through Fridays
from 11:30 to 03:00. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
- Piano Bar: The inviting ambiance at the Piano Bar will entice you
to stop for a cup of coffee or one of the exquisite cocktails. An attentive
team is at your service all day long for refreshments, snacks, delectable
cakes and pastries. Starting in the late afternoon, the piano player will
help you to relax and unwind or start you off in the right mood for an
enjoyable evening. In addition to the refreshing Bitburger beer, the popular
meeting place for business or pleasure also features Salzburg's largest
selection of whiskeys and spirits, an outstanding assortment of cigars and
Starwood's Wines of the World. The Piano Bar also affords a wonderful
view of the Mirabell Gardens. Operating hours: daily from 08:30 to 01:00
with Live piano music.
- Park Café: Coffee and cake as well as lunch and fresh gourmet
snacks are served at the Park Café, either on the outdoor patio facing the
park or in the cosy conservatory. Make the Park Café your venue for
business or private dates right next to the Mirabell Gardens - one of
Europe's most beautiful parks. Operating hours: daily from 08:30 to 01:00
with Live piano music.
- Pen & Fork Cuisine: The Hotel's light Pen & Fork Cuisine is
specially prepared with executive needs in mind, serving delicious,
low-calorie food delivering maximum energy. Select a la Carte - only two
hours before you eat - from 7 international and 6 local dishes that are
served to you directly in the conference room, at our exclusive Mirabell
Restaurant or in a separate Room.
