The Thalassotheraphy is the use of seawater, seaweeds, sea mud's and the sea climate, with medical supervision, for preventative and curative purposes, on a privileged site.

Aquamedic Pool (with swimsuit and swimming cap)

Swimming pool with seawater at 32o. It is specifically designed with specially underwater jets at varying temperatures that massage the legs the back and there are also aquabeds and waterfalls. A teacher will be with you during this care.

Fitness (jogging) Open: 09:30-21:00

Before you enter the fitness center, it is necessary for you to put on your sport shoes that are also available at our reception. The Fitness Center is equipped with high performance e equipments (personal program is also possible).

Sauna (with or without swimsuit) 1 for Men and 1 for Ladies

Dry-warm, about 80o. Relaxes the body and eliminates the body from toxins, and cleans the skin deeply.

NB: Medical consultation is obligatory

Hammam "Turkish Bath" (1 for Men and 1 for Ladies)

Wet-warm about 50o. Less warm than the sauna, it has the same properties as the sauna but less aggressive. And you will ask for more in the end, such as the famous and typical rub on the marble with a loofah from which you go home totally relaxed with a satiny-smooth skin.
