Each evening you can meander through the ‘city’ and choose a new dining experience. They offer marvelous settings inspired by the history of Lanna and cuisine that has gained both an international and highly valued local reputation.

Le Grand Lanna is a renowned Chiang Mai establishment for authentic Thai cuisine, the French restaurant is a gourmet triumph and nowhere creates dim sum delicacies as they do in Fujian.

During the day there is always a soothing view, a shady terrace and poolside service. Below they have detailed the dining options but the choice is only limited by your imagination. They are delighted to create private dining to your personal brief, from a torch lit barbecue in your villa to a candlit dinner amidst the paddy fields.

Farang Ses

Some of the most acclaimed French cuisine in Thailand. The restaurant is located in a magnificent Thai teak pavilion overlooking the resort’s paddy fields.

Fujian

Styled as a 1930s Shanghai mansion and offering fine regional Chinese cuisine. The dim sum lunch is renowned throughout Chiang Mai.

Le Grand Lanna

Styled as a Lanna nobleman’s house. Sit beneath rain trees on the terrace or in one of three private pavilions.

Rice Terrace

Serving champagnes and cocktails in the evening. The terrace sits on the lower deck of the Fareng Ses with tranquil views over rice paddy fields.

Loy Kham Bar

Adjoining the resort’s free-form Loy Kham Pool, the bar serves signature cocktails, iced juices and light snacks all day.

Oriental Shop

A traditional tea shop located in our shopping village, Kad Dhara, serving sweet pastries and cakes, home made ice cream and fine tea and coffee.

Akaligo

Accommodation

The design of the suites, villas and residences is a visual journey through the history of the Lanna region. Each era is represented, from the glory of northern Thailand, the influences of neighboring Myanmar, China and Laos and the eventual introduction of colonial architecture.

They offer the guests the choice of private two floor villas or the suites created in true colonial style. And for those who desire it, the grandeur of the Residences provides princely living.

The resort offers the most astoundingly spacious accommodation. All the 123 suites and villas have separate sitting rooms and generously proportioned bathrooms often matching the bedrooms in size. In most of the villas you have private outdoor plunge pools and in many your own piano.
