Sayan features 60 beautifully-appointed accommodation
units, which include large Suites in the main building, one and two Bedroom
private Villas as well as the new Sayan and recently refurbished Royal Villa,
with three large Bedrooms. The accommodation extends from the crest of the
verdant hillside to the river’s edge and the resort offers one of the most
spectacular views of the sacred Ayung River Valley.
To enter the main Resort guests cross a dramatic gorge on
a solid teak bridge, which leads to an elliptical lotus pond measuring 9,170
square feet or 852 m². This pond rests on the roof of the resort’s
three-level central building and offers an impressive venue for musical
entertainment and wedding ceremonies. The
staircase descends to the reception area, the Jati Bar and downwards to the
Ayung Terrace Restaurant and the Spa – all enjoying stunning, unobscured
views.
The
Four Seasons Resort at Sayan site lies 35 km/22 miles north/north-east of
Ngurah Rai International Airport on 18 acres of lush, green terraced rice
slopes, overlooking the Ayung River.
The
Resort has two Restaurants, one Bar and 24-hour Room service.Ayung
Terrace:
Elegantly situated on the crest of a lush gorge, the dining Room offers
breathtaking views of the swift-flowing river below.
Serving three meals daily, guests may select to dine in the Restaurant or
on the Terrace. Seating for 24 is available in the dining Room and the Terrace
area accommodates 34 : A private dining area for eight is adjacent. Breakfast is
served from 06:30 - 11:00, lunch from 11:00-03:00 and dinner from 06:00-10:00.
Riverside
Cafe:
Light Western fares and wood burning pizza are served in casual, poolside
open-air setting. Located next to the river and shaded by Iron wood singles roof
and Umbrellas, the Restaurant is open from 11:00–06:30 and seats 40.
Jati
Bar: Located next to the Lobby, this comfortable lounge built out of
beautiful teak wood is known for its spectacular view and delicious libations.
Open daily from 12:00 to 12:00. Rindik music is featured from
11:00–02:00 and Gender is featured from 06:00-09:00.
