The magic of Bali is everywhere.

resort areas, Nusa Dua. Just 20 minutes from International Airport, 30 minutes
from Denpasar and is adjacent to an 18-holes golf course. In the distance you
can gaze at Mystical Gunung Agung, Bali's highest mountain.

Garden Café
Set within an authentic Chinese country house and serving international
specialties.
Salsa Verde
At Salsa Verde, a poolside Italian restaurant overlooking the pristine Indian
Ocean, guests may savour a lively selection of antipasti, pizzas and seafood in
a sunny and casual setting.
Salsa Bar
This is where you go when your soul needs a panoramic view of beautiful Bali,
morning, noon or night. Twilight, the stars, the moon... Salsa Bar offers
illuminated views of the Indian Ocean under an equatorial night sky. Situated
above Salsa Verde, the Italian restaurant, guests can enjoy the vantage outlook
of the neighboring islands, or watch members of the community troop by to make
offerings or ask for blessings at the temple on the resort grounds. Or perhaps
view the nightly parade into Pasar Sanggol of exotically costumed dancers and
drummers from the adjacent villages while sipping cocktails at the popular
rooftop bar. The Salsa Bar is available for cocktail parties of up to 150
people. Located on the rooftop of Salsa Verde.
Pesona Lounge
It is not by accident that Grand Hyatt Bali chose the Indonesian word
pesona for its Lobby Lounge - the word means 'hypnotic and enchanting', and
that's exactly what it is. Pesona Lounge offers an enthralling combination of
sweeping ocean panoramas, captivating views of the resort's impressive Lobby and
live music. It is a favourite place for guests to gather before moving on to
other destinations or to stay for the views, music and light refreshments.
Poolside Bar
Just a few steps away from the beach and the Indian Ocean, this shaded area offers Italian
food from Salsa Verde or juices and other drinks to quench the thirst. The service extends to all
poolside lounges and deck chairs at both the lagoon and river pools. A beach bar, with
coconut trunk bar stools and a traditional becak tricycle juice bar, serving fresh tropical
cocktails to all beach loungers.
