Unique to Karma Kandara, is Namos Beach Club, inspired by the
feel of the Greek islands and in particular Mykonnos, Namos will provide guests
with an understated ‘cool’ beach restaurant and bar. Namos Beach Club will serve
only the freshest of produce in relaxed, chic beach booths, while the bar will
pour the very best of the Karma collection of cocktails.
Atop the 100 metre cliff is three levels of facilities, the top of which is a
chic rooftop cocktail lounge. The main restaurant of Kandara is located on the
second floor with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and spectacular sunsets. A
private Dining room is located by the restaurant embraced in glass and will
serve as the perfect destination for private dinners, celebrations or meetings.
The first level will serve well for private evening dinners for up to six
persons. All of the floors either overlook or sit alongside the infinity edge
pool that cascades in a waterfall to a lower level.

will capture views of the vast ocean horizon. The Grand Residences, with 25

The Karma ‘footprint’ of spacious and luxurious Residence living again
