features include a Wine Bar, The Balcony, American Bar and The Crazy Box, a
Small Discotheque. Located on the 28th floor of The Peninsula Tower.

Spring Moon: In 1998, Spring Moon, the hotel's Chinese
Restaurant was transformed into a replica of how the Restaurant might have
looked in 1928, the year The Peninsula opened.
Stained Glass, Wood Paneling and Flooring, Art Deco Features and Frank Lloyd
Wright Highlights are combined to give a period feel to the Restaurant, while
unique touches such as a Ta Counter with over 25 selected Chinese Teas and
Professionally Trained Tea Masters in attendance, add to the dining experience.

Chesa: Small and intimate, this premier chalet style timbered
Restaurant is a haven for lovers of raclette and fondue. A Gourmet Menu features

The Verandah: Arched sea facing windows and Wooden Ceiling Fans

available daily. Saturday Lunch also features The Verandah Buffet Lunch, while
Sunday has the Leisure Luncheon. Place early orders for hot Dessert Soufflés,
or find Last Minute Room for a Mouth Wateringly large selection of desserts.
