greatest for its superb gourmet cuisine and service. Among its achievements is
the coveted Relais Gourmand status and best wine list awards, a tribute to its
well-stocked cellar of 300 vintage wines. Bosman’s international team of
chefs, restaurant staff and sommeliers offer a most memorable dining
experience. The dining room is housed in the renovated Cape Dutch manor house
built in 1707.
