GLUTEN FREE Nutrition Program
Following our clients repeatedly suggestions and taking into consideration that the number of people medically diagnosed as celiac patients is increasing nowadays, the implementation of “Gluten Free Nutrition Program” will be provided at no additional cost starting from Summer Season 2011. Kindly allow notice two weeks prior arrival, with specific needs for the preparation of the meals.
The best and only known treatment for Celiac Disease patients is simply a lifelong elimination of "gluten", found in wheat, barley, rye, oats, therefore meals should be prepared in a gluten-free environment. Due to their special diet demands, Celiac Disease patients are obliged to prepare their own meals in accommodations with kitchen facilities, losing the real meaning of vacation.
With our excellent Chefs, Medical personnel, Dieticians and the remarkable certificated catering facilities, we strongly believe this program will be successfully materialized and we request to include it in the descriptions of 2011 and promote it in the best possible way. Please note that in a trial basis Aldemar hotels have already effectively provided this service for such guests and is free of extra charges according to their board conditions.
