first we came earlier, around 12 and the room wasn't ready but this it is ok because we know that the check in is from 2PM, but when we came back after 2.30PM, we went to the room and we had to call the reception because there were not shower towels, bath towels for the spa and some many other things missing. the room needs serioulsly to be renovated - family room
