Open: April - September... Elounda Ilion Hotel & Bungalows is built on a hill with panoramic views over the bay of Elounda. The site was designated as a place of great natural beauty and is considered one of the most beautiful and quiet resorts of the Mediterranean.
The hotel is well situated, with nice view and surroundings. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped, but more attention to some details can make a difference (the door of the room could not be locked from the inside, the curtains were not properly hanged, the shower was making a mess around the bathroom etc). The personnel was very helpful, therefore I believe that these are things easily solved.
